Weekly Group Yoga + Pilates Classes

Yoga
A dynamic, fluid class for all levels. Beginning with breath awareness to weave through movements that challenge and soothe. To build stability and strength in your body but also to calm and to centre. Time to tune in and to hopefully keep you present long after class. Sequenced around a monthly theme that we build on each week and to ensure we really get to work on the art of ‘’practice’. As always we will finish with our relaxation, the beloved savasana, to give yourself some time to truly rest.
Saturday
Yoga (All levels) 10:45-11:45am
Weekend practice back at the barn. Wind down from the week and really sink into your Saturday (and maybe even take a walk around the vineyard after). Drop in and block passes available. Booking via their website SHP Health.
Pilates
Challenging yet surprisingly, calming. Mindful movement woven with the breath gives you the space to de-stress and the opportunity to rejuvenate for your day or evening ahead. We do it all - strength, stability and mobility. Designed to encourage and improve these key qualities, the class will help to keep your body feeling supported, energised and at ease throughout your daily activities. Noises will be made and poker faces will be broken, but don’t worry it’s all in the name of good movement. You’ll love it, promise.

Tucked away above Dorking High Street, starting the week with our focused practice. Classes are max 8. Term time only. Booking via The Pilates Room.
Tuesday
Matwork (all levels) 2-3pm
Shake off the afternoon slump and leave feeling refreshed and aligned. Located in the beautiful studio of SHP Health in Denbies Wine Estate, Dorking. Booking via SHP Health.
Wednesday
Matwork (All levels) 9:30-10:30am
Morning mat work to set you up for the day ahead. First class £10. Block booking available 6 classes for £72 (to be used within 9 weeks). Drop in classes £15. Based in the Holmbury St Mary Village Hall. Contact to book or if you have any questions at all.
Wednesday
Strength (all levels) 5-5:45pm
The “express” version of Saturdays class, located at SHP Health, Dorking. An all levels strength building class to finish the day with a great workout that leaves you feeling aligned, strong and at ease. Booking via SHP Health.
Monday
MaTwork (all levels) 6-7pm

An all levels class focusing on the fundamentals of Pilates, applied to the Reformer. Slow + focused movements to build a strong foundation. Booking via Framework Pilates.
Saturday
Strength (All levels) 8-9am
In-person
We hit the weights in this strength building class located at Surrey Hills Physiotherapy (SHP Health) in Denbies Wine Estate. Following Pilates principals, we move through functional exercises with the added resistance of dumbbells. Aiming to increase muscle strength, endurance and mass as well as helping to maintain and develop bone density. We definitely start the weekend strong. Booking via SHP Health.
