Hi there! Thank you so much for visiting my page. My name is Georgia or ‘G’. I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years and I can truly say it’s been invaluable to me. Constantly reminding me to come back to the simpler things in life, to live life for the love of it, because apparently a lot of us need frequent reminders (myself included). My aim is to help others to be the best they can each day, physically and mentally, through sharing the tools that have been so beneficial to myself and finding the right tools for you as an individual.

I qualified as a (RYT) 200 hour Yoga Teacher in 2017 and in 2019, have since qualified as a Pilates teacher. Drawn to Pilates' functional, mindful approach to movement and its focus on biomechanics, it has led to an even deeper appreciation and understanding of what our bodies can do. Pilates allows for more ease in the body and is incredibly beneficial for injury prevention, as well as rehabilitation. My yoga classes are also designed with this in mind. In 2023, I received my Women’s Health Certification covering Ante/Post Natal Pilates, Pilates for Menopause and Pilates and the Pelvic Floor. All classes focus on movements that will create longevity of good movement in daily life, helping to build stability, mobility and strength in your body.
